ICCA Silent Auction 2011

Investing in education for the young meetings professional


The annual ICCA Silent Auction will once again take place in 2011.

Wonderful prizes are donated from generous companies all over the world, and are shown on this Silent Auction website.

Bids for each item are anonymous and the highest bid received by Tuesday 25 October 2011 at 15:00 local time (Leipzig, Germany ) will win the prize.

The ICCA Silent Auction process consists of two parts: Online and On-site. The Auction starts Online. After the Online deadline has passed, all donations and bids will be transferred to the Spotme device. In Leipzig, Germany the Silent Auction continues until the deadline.

Online bidding will be available until 18 October 2011 13:00 hours (Amsterdam, Netherlands time | GMT+1). After this time bids can only be placed at the ICCA Congress. Please note that if you are not able to attend the ICCA Congress you may still indicate a maximum bid amount you are willing to reach in order for your bid to continue during the period of the ICCA Congress.

Prizes donated will also be on display at the ICCA Silent Auction stand at the Congress.


What is the ICCA Silent Auction?


The ICCA Silent Auction contributes to the ICCA Education Fund. This fund provides education opportunities for Young Meetings Professionals and helps raise professional standards in the International Meetings Industry.


Where do the proceeds go?


The proceeds of the ICCA Silent Auction go to the ICCA Education Fund, investing in education for the Young Meetings Professional. The Fund, among other things, financially supports the Forums for Young Professionals at EIBTM and AIME.
